The care my 13-month has been receiving here is decent. They’ve been very good with timeliness with sick appointments or anytime I call with a question. The worst thing about this facility is the front desk staff. I had to cancel my daughter’s 12-month appointment. I arrived 15 minutes late for the rescheduled one and understandably, could not be seen. However, the girl at the front desk had an attitude with me and was being passive aggressive. I take responsibility for failing to be on time. Your frustration is valid, but you can be irritated and kind at the same time. You never know what somebody is juggling. Kindness goes a long way uplifting people, rather than kicking them when they’re already down. On a positive note, I want to give recognition to Mary Tran. She was amazing!!! She was so kind and caring and brought enthusiasm into the exam room. She was thorough and took time to explain things to me. My daughter is sensitive during exams, refusing to even let the stethoscope touch her. Mary was so patient and helpful in giving me direction on what she needed me to do, so she could finish the exam. I would highly recommend her!

This place is a joke. If you don’t do what they want they immediately call CYS on you. I canceled my appointment to have my 8 month old son vaccinated and within 4 hrs they had CYS knocking on my door. I hope they’re doing everything by the book because I’m contacting a Lawyer right now. My Son will be getting homeschooled, so there is no reason that he needs anymore shots. My child. My decision. No one else’s. Period!

I didn’t like how I was treated last time in the office. They canceled my son’s appointment after being one minutes late because of traffic. When we had to go and sit there anyways for an extended time just waiting for a doctor for an appointment that was booked a year ago. The doctor was great but that was about it. The lady at desk and another lady were extremely rude for no reason. Very disappointed.

I got recommended to this office by many people expecting the place to be amazing or at least the bare minimum. Which it is not. To start, we were never informed they were getting a new app we just stopped seeing documents of OUR child. When we called to ask what was going on the lady on the phone was very rude. “Uh we got a new app.” And I said “oh!! I didn’t know that, no one informed me haha” trying to brighten the mood because she clearly was having a bad day. She replied with “well it’s the same login on MyChart”. It’s not. We’ve been trying for a month now to get into it. We called the UPMC patient portal to try to get it resolved because that’s what the lady informed us to do when we called the office. UPMC support told us we needed to contact our child’s doctor to activate our child’s account because it was inactive for whatever reason. We call the office. Shocker another very rude lady. “That’s not a question for us. Call the support” and hung up on us. So we are left with absolutely no information on our child and his visits. We’ve only been with them for a short time and have had nothing but negative experiences. We were seen not long ago for vaccines and we denied a vac

My son was diagnosed with a non life threatening disease, which has symptoms that can be similar to Leukemia in young children. Being scared, new parents, we sought a second opinion. I advised the office staff that we were not interested in switching providers, and that we were merely doing our due diligence in caring for our son. I further advised them that we were happy with the care being provided and to please note on the medical records that we were seeking another opinion. We were completely kicked out with no warning. Our son’s next appointment came due and, when calling to confirm the appointment, we were advised that he was no longer a patient with them. When asked why, we were advised that seeking the second opinion precluded us from continuing care at CCP. I called and spoke with multiple individuals, including the office manager. After a very long conversation explaining the situation and belittling myself to practically beg for our son to be admitted back in to CCP, I was told I would receive a return call. It has been over a year, and I have not received that call. It is quite obvious that CCP does not have the interests of their patients in mind in any way. I have ne
